Brief Introduction to YC6J Series Engine
YC6J series diesel engine is a new type product developed by YUCHAI through digestion & absorption of consultation results from FEV company, Germany. All the parts are three-dimensionally designed by using the UG software and the machine compactness is greatly improved. Engines up to Euro-III standard adopt the BOSCH electronic control high-pressure CR or EUP fuel injection technology.
¡ñ Applying the computer software for performance analog calculation & combustion analysis so as to improve combustion conditions and make performance reach designed requirements completely.
¡ñ Applying the finite element software for strict analysis of stressed deformation, as a result, major constructive design of the cylinder block, crankshaft, connecting rod and piston is made, characteristics of relevant parts & components are greatly improved, deformation is reduced to the minimum for meeting the requirement for stronger power and lower emission.
¡ñ Adopting the platform checker technique for the cylinder liner synchronized with the international level.
¡ñ Piston with internal oil cooling passages lowers the piston temperature and greatly improves itself in the working strength and reliability.
¡ñ Adopting flexible design technique for the piston ring.
¡ñ Adopting the upgraded HX40W turbocharger of Holset company featured by higher efficiency and longer service life.
¡ñ Meeting the Euro-II, Euro-III and Euri-IV standard of emission.
